My BAKUC Entry - 18-23 November 2011

=THE ANCIENT=

Synopsis:-
It's about ancient robots which is the Char Zaku and RX78-2, while can see a few parts of gouf at the scene.. These scene and story line is actually in a form of an ancient ruin for the Gundams, where the new generation human trying to locate for the ancient histories of gundam.

Why I use RX78-2, Char Zaku and Gouf ?
- I used this because it's the first ever Gundam in the line, they are the oldest creation and also the Grandfather of all gundams and zaku.

Why It's buried under the hills and mountain pass?
- I decided to use this because it's actually to resembled that it's an ancient place and as wars pass by, these zaku and rx78 is in memories of those who had fight and die during in the years of wars, it's like a temple/base for remembrance.

What is the base story trying to tell?
- After many centuries, which war have ended, the new humans with new technologies comes and search for the ancient history of the gundam and manage to find this hidden base which is actually located somewhere in the amazon mountain pass. They are there to learn on how is the history of the WAR of the ancient.

Basically these are my plot of points for the diorama that I intend to look into and build.
Characters in the diorama: MG RX78-2, MG Char ZakuII, MG Gouf and HGUC Nu(Twin Funnel Effect)
Timeline in the story: In the future event where new technologies trying to track down ancient history.
Materials used to build the diorama:
1) Cornice Glue(plaster-o-paris)
2) Sponge soak in green dye(for trees and grass effect)
- Replace by ready made from Woodland Scenic.. used 5 packets... each cost RM22 >..<
3) Mechanical Chain Base(from KOTOBUKIYA)
4) Styrofoam as a base of the mountain
5) Plastic tape to support on the base.
6) Plastic tree branches
7) White Glue
8) Silicone Glue
9) Tamiya Weathering Master
10) Tamiya grass effect
11) Brown Enamel paint
12) Dark green enamel paint
13) Brush
14) Wood plank as the base of the base
15) Satay Stick as support for the mountain pass.

MCMODEL new units?

Hi Everyone,

Nice to hear from people in the forums talking about latest units that MCMODEL going to announce..

So, guys/girls guess what model is this :-) ..

I had also get to know a few nice tips from my fellow suppliers network, saying that MOMOKO Dragon will be coming out with another 3 more models that added into the lastest DeathScythe ver ka and hell custom.



Well, everything has yet to be confirm but no solid news yet from me :) Chill for the time being and enjoy gunpla to the fullness.

09:00 AM - Warehouse door open~first person to go in is AF Hobby boss, and he grabs up almost 50% of the scopedog/MK2 TITAN HD Colors

09:10 AM - I managed to grab hold on 2 each of the promotional items except NG's promotional items

09:30 AM - Went up to 1st floor, saw someone took > 5 boxes of PG RX78-2 Clear parts..

10:00 AM - Saw many items are really cheap this time of warehouse sales.. soft toys are also as cheap as RM 5 to RM 10, managed to grab around 4 pieces.

10:30 AM - Left LITTAK warehouse.

04:30 PM - Came back to LITTAK warehouse, manage to grab MG G-Armor and G-Fighter.

05:00 PM - Left LITTAK warehouse.

DAY 2: LITTAK Warehouse! Stock Clearance Event

04:30 PM - Reached LITTAK warehouse and manage to grab MG Zaku Canon! and saw NG EXIA trans-am for RM 50 but didn't take it because It's a lausy kit!

05:00 PM - Left LITTAK warehouse.

DAY 3: LITTAK Warehouse! Stock Clearance Event

10:30 AM - Reached LITTAK warehouse, manage to grab GN ARMS -TYPE D for RM 100, than MG GM for RM 75

11:00 AM - Left LITTAK warehouse.

03:00 PM - Reached LITTAK warehouse, nothing new has been restock

03:30 PM - Thanks to Mr. Yap, that he let go of the HCM pro Tallgeese at RM25 to me :-)

04:00 PM - Known from a friend Asfarudy that there's a restock for G-Armor.. and G-Fighter, but I was not keen to buy those already :)... Thanks guys for the great info.

So, As Summary.. I personally would like to say that this is a great warehouse sales and thanks LITTAK, as I know what is your main reason of throwing this warehouse sales with allot of great deals, but this is the correct way of the warehouse sales.. next time please sell to me your MG Destiny expo ya :-) I helped you to promote your sales :P and a kind reminder to everyone.. next time if you all wish to be able to grab the promotional items, please be as early as 8:50AM on the first day of the sales.. and make sure that .. don't be greedy to buy allot... share some to your friends or some fellow gunpla bros/gals :)

Other than that, LITTAK, please here me this.. for those of ur big client/customer, do sell to them the promotional items before even the warehouse sales start.. and of cause the dealer are not suppose to snatch the items more than 5 boxes per Items.. this is to prevent the abusing of buying power!..
